Kathmandu Valley Cultural Tour is one of the shortest cultural tour package. Being the easy tour, people from every age group can enjoy this tour.
Kathmandu Valley has been admired all over the world for its flourished architecture. Kathmandu has always been in the political, commercial and economic hub of Nepal. The valley comprises of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur which used to be three separate kingdoms during medieval period.
Saribung Adventure offers Kathmandu Valley Cultural Tour itinerary as 3Nights 4Days package. Historically, Kathmandu is believed to be submerged inside the lake during ancient period. The great Buddhist Saint Manjushree is believed to have established settlement in Kathmandu after draining the water by slashing hills.
Short Kathmandu Valley Tour begins with visit to UNESCO sites in Kathmandu. We will visit Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square before driving to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is the nearest hill station from Kathmandu which is famous for breathtaking sunrise views. We will explore the medieval Newar town of Bhaktapur before driving to Dhulikhel which is yet another Newar town. Along with the rich Newar culture, Dhulikhel offers views of Dorje Lakpa, Gauri Shankar and Numbur Mountains. We will visit Dhaneswor Temple, Bhagwati Temple and other temples that date back before 500yrs before concluding Kathmandu Valley Cultural Tour.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 02: UNESCO Tour in Kathmandu, O/N in Nagarkot
Day 03: Bhaktapur Tour, Drive to Dhulikhel
Day 04: Departure   
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Once you arrive in Kathmandu Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the tourist standard hotel with B/B plan. After getting refreshed, you will meet with your trek guide who will report you about the trip schedule.

Day 02: UNESCO Tour in Kathmandu, O/N in Nagarkot
After breakfast, an English speaking guide will take you on sightseeing of UNESCO Cultural Heritage in Kathmandu during which you will take tour of Nepal’s oldest Swayambhunath Stupa, Ancient Royal Palace at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Nepal’s largest Boudhnath Stupa and Holiest Hindu temple of Pashupatinath. Swayambhunath means self-existing Buddha. Kathmandu Durbar Square is a historically significant place. Taleju Temple, House of Living goddess named Kumari, idol of Kal Bhairab and Kasthamandap temple are not to be missed while visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square. Pashupatinath Temple Complex holds hundreds of big and small temples, ashrams and Slesmantak forest. We can visit Aryaghat located at the bank of Bagmati River to watch cremation ceremony of Hindu people. We will drive to Nagarkot for overnight stay in hotel.       

Day 03: Bhaktapur Tour, Drive to Dhulikhel
Nagarkot offers best sunrise view. We will move to Nagarkot tower for views of whole panorama of Himalayas from Annapurna in the west to Everest in the east. We will return to hotel for breakfast and then follow Araniko Highway to Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is the ancient Newari town. We will visit temple of Dhaneswor Mahadev, Bhagwati Temple and other temples. Stay overnight in Dhulikhel.  

Day 04: Departure  
You will be transferred to Kathmandu Airport three hours before your scheduled flight as Kathmandu Valley Cultural Tour comes to an end on this day. Safe Journey. We hope to see you again.
